Being in B2B Sales for over 25 years, I founded Castle Trade Agency because I know that foreign factories need help. The US market is big but it's also competitive so it requires someone with professional sales experience to help your foreign company get noticed by US customers so you have the chance to do business together.

Times have changed. Just 15 or 20 years ago we didn't have Amazon/Ebay (US) or Taobao/Alibaba (China). We didn't have Uber (US) or DD (China). You can think of me as the Uber of sales professionals. I can represent several foreign companies at the same time but with my experience, deliver results for my customers and the company I represent.

CUSTOMERS BUY DIRECT FROM THE FOREIGN FACTORY BUT WORK WITH ME AS THEIR LOCAL SALES PERSON

My name is Nick White and I’ve been in professional B2B sales for over 25 years. One of the first things I do before I decide to represent a foreign factory is I take the time to go there to personally inspect it.  This is the only way to really get to know the leadership team, the factory capabilities, product advantages and see if this is a company that US buyers want to know about.

When I find the right factory for a particular category then I will only work with that factory and not any of their competitors who make similar products.  This way I am exclusive to the factory for their category.

I can't work with every factory. In fact, because of agreements I have in place, I cannot work with companies involved in hand tools, fasteners, custom castings, custom forgings and custom metal fabrications. 

BENEFITS FOR THE FACTORY

There are several benefits to the factory: 

CONTROL THE PRICE - Since you are always selling direct to the retailer, you are able to quote them the best price with no middle-man inflating your FOB price.  This should make your quotation more advantageous.

CONTROL THE COST - If you were to try to hire an employee sales person, especially with this type of experience it would cost a lot but my program is completely different.

CONTROL THE RELATIONSHIP - Since the customer is buying direct from your factory, your team will not only be able to work with their overseas office but also with the US buyer.  I am the main contact but your staff is still very involved and all communication is transparent because we take a team-approach to servicing the customer.

CONTROL YOUR FUTURE - Working with me, you will learn alot about the US market, customer demands and the value we need to deliver to stay relavent in the marketplace for many years.  My goal is to only represent the best factory in each category and grow our sales together for many years to come.
